Olga Klimecki, PhD, is a neuroscientist and psychologist. Her research focuses on promoting the sustainable development goals i) peace building, ii) high quality education, and iii) health and well-being. She is currently interim team leader at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Disease (DZNE), Dresden. She was faculty member in psychology and political sciences at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, from 2016 until 2020. In 2020 and 2021 she was guest professor in psychology at Technische Universität Dresden, Germany. Her scientific work was awarded with several prestigious international awards, grants, and fellowships. To implement evidence-based strategies in organizations, start-ups, and companies, she started her own company for consulting, training, and research in 2022.
She offers evidence-based leadership training, management training, team development, keynotes, and workshops.
