In addition, I offer group trainings and workshops on diversity, equity, access, and inclusion.

I work on with evidence-based tools and evaluate the impact of trainings with scientific analyses.

Person

I am currently guest professor at the University of Dresden, Germany and holds a PhD in Psychology (summa cum laude) from the University of Zurich, Switzerland.

I am also a mindfulness meditation teacher in training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield at the Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center, University of California, Berkeley, USA.

I provide talks and trainings on developing the potential of individuals, groups and organizations. I speaks English, German, Polish and French.
