One-on-one meditation

One-on-one meditations can be transformative when guiding us to our potential for growing and healing. I offer one-on-one meetings with consultations and individually guided meditations of about 30-45 minutes per session. Instead of paying a fixed price, you can donate a freely chosen amount after the session.

Talks & In-House Trainings

My talks and in-house trainings show how findings from neuroscience and psychology can be combined with practices of meditation to guide the development of the potential individuals, groups, and organizations hold. I am happy to tailor my offers to your aims.

“Well done all – a fabulous set of presentations, and very well organised!  Let’s definitely keep the momentum up.”

“Congratulations to all ! organisers and  excellent speakers. It was a brillant learning and inspirational session.”
