About Olga

Olga is dedicated to promoting a respectful and inclusive society based on evidence from neuroscience and psychology. She holds a PhD in Psychology (summa cum laude) from the University of Zurich and a master degree in Neuroscience from University College London. With over 15 years of research expertise and over 50 publications, she is currently an associated researcher in psychology at the Technische Universität Dresden, Germany, the University of Geneva, the University of Liège, and the Laboratory for Peace at the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution, George Mason University, VA. In recognition of her ground-breaking research on neural plasticity and conflict resolution, Olga received several awards.

Olga has worked and lived in Germany, Switzerland, Poland, the UK, and France and has spent several months of her life in the US. She has 15 years of experience in leading teams, including mutlinational teams across different countries and institutions.

To promote collaborative and productive environments, Olga is offering talks, trainings, and consulting to organizations, teams, and leaders.
